I absolutely love Lindsey!! Buying a house is more stressful than my husband and I have ever imagined. Lindsey was available through my stressed out times, explaining the confusing paper work that we had to deal with (Tons of paper work) we were ready to give up buying a house because all of our offers were out bidded. Lindsey managed to negotiate our 1724 sq ft house from 670,000 to 655,000 with the sellers paying 5,000 in closing cost! She was so knowledgable about the loan process and made us buying a house so much easier. Lindsey knows all the tricks of the business of real estate. I had a really bad experience before with a realitor that was new to the industry (bad idea) I didn't end up buying a house when interest rates were 3%. I would highly recommend Lindsey to anyone, she is the sweetest person I know and you wont want to get rid of her long after you buy your home.
Lindsey is such an amazing and knowledgable real estate agent. I am a first time home buyer and she was just the person I needed to find my dream home. I really didn't know how much work buying a home was, but Lindsey made the process that much easier. Every question I had at different times during the day Lindsey was available. Lindsey did an amazing job for us. She was always on top of the new listings. She was always available to go and look at properties at almost any time we wanted. She was great about answering phone when ever we called. She never made us feel dumb about any part of the process and answered all of our questions making sure we understood everything. You will not be disappointed with Lindsey she is very dedicated to find the right house at the right price no pressure to do anything you don't want to do.
