I am so grateful to have worked with Lindsay in both selling our previous home and buying our new one. She is very knowledgeable, resourceful, kind, and patient; all of which we needed throughout our selling and buying process. In selling, Lindsay guided us through each step, and her experience made for a very straightforward and relatively easy process for us. In buying, Lindsay was very patient with us when we continued to change our minds as to where we wanted to look for houses. She was very helpful and knowledgeable in pointing out what type of work each house may need when we were looking and never tried to “push” anything on us. Once we found “our house”, again, her experience made for a straightforward process in buying our new home and she walked us through every step. I would recommend Lindsay to anyone looking to buy or sell their home. Lindsay took the time to really know my husband and I's needs and how they could fit in our budget. She knows the area, schools, and neighborhoods growing up in Delaware. My favorite thing about Lindsay is that she knows how to be straight forward. She takes her knowledge and will negotiate for a fair transaction that will leave you feeling taken care of.
