I currently live in TX, so when I decided to list my rental property in Ferndale, WA for sell, I was pretty nervous about how taxing the process would be. Lindsay made every single step of the sell a complete breeze! She recommended key maintenance tasks to significantly increase the sells price of my home AND managed the contractors performing the work since I was out of state. She also made all the contracts and disclosures 100% electronic so I could sign any paperwork digitally. Lindsay was able to list and close the sell on my home in under a month which was absolutely amazing and more than exceeded my expectations. Can't say enough about her professionalism, real estate knowledge, and client care. 5 stars all around!

Lindsay is extremely knowledgeable about Bellingham, the different neighborhoods, and the pluses and minuses of each. She listened to what my needs and expectations were, and then applied here skills and knowledge to my particular situation. She was very observant when we were out touring houses, picking up on things I hadn't noticed. Lindsay is extremely responsive-replying to questions or messages within a short time period, even on weekends. She is also very helpful, alwasy pleasant, and did a couple of extra things for me to accomodate my being out of the area during a large part of the process. I would highly recommend her!
