We first met her husband Andy at an open house, on the condo we bought. This was just after hurricane Irma. He was very friendly, informative, and not pushy. That was Sept.. we came back in February and called and went through condo again and put an offer in. We were able to fast close in March. Lindsey went above what agents would have done. Helped us find a good inspector, and others needed to close so fast! The one thing we really appreciated , was she went in ahead of us arriving with furniture, and ran all the smelly water out of the pipes. This place had set for awhile. When we sold, she had a great crew come in and take video and pictures, that turned out wonderful. We had several clients go through the first day and all were interested. We had our condo pending in 13 days. We are of course using her team again, with our search for a New larger house!
