Let me tell you that this person is awsome! Not only did she sell my house but she guided us through the entire process on what to expect and how the process works. When we closed we had some issues from the buyer but she went over and beyond her call of duty to make make sure it was completed by our deadline. I couldnt ask for s better friend/realtor. Just so sad we moved so far away to stay in contact! P.S. I heard her whole family became Minnesota Viking fans after we moved! Lol

Lindsay is a fantastic realtor. She hand-held us throughout the whole purchasing process. She is honest, a great communicator, extremely knowledgeable, and always available. We loved working with Lindday!

Lindsay is extremely dishonest and unethical. I would avoid doing any type of business with her in its entirety. She will lie to get you to sign a contract, then go back on her word adding additional costs to the consumer. She will not fix dangerous items on the property that you are renting from her, or will wait several weeks/months to do so. Do yourself a favor and avoid this agent. 05/06/16 Lindsay Ford Reyes, the day that our lease was signed we had a three way phone call with you to discuss items mentioned in the lease. The trailer was a topic in which it was ok’d by you even though the lease specified otherwise. You advised that it was a generic lease form (used for all types of properties, to include apartments or of the like) and that it was ok for our trailer to stay at the property as well as not leashing our dogs while in the back yard (the lease stated otherwise). I did not file a lawsuit against you. ??? Some of the items to mention that took an immense amount of time to fix where the broken front door deadbolt, nails sticking out of a deck (that was not fixed until 7 months later) and broken smoke detectors. You were the property manager of the house we rented and had to work directly with you. You accepted a lease application to include 2 vehicles and 1 trailer, and then after we moved in threatened us with additional fees if we did not move it off of the property. Despite the fact that the property was misrepresented, even if it was just a mistake on your part, you would not allow us to get out of our lease which is unethical.
