It's hard making a decision to sell the very first house you ever purchased. But slowly but surely we were growing out of it. I contacted Lindsay and told her we were considering going on the market. She came by the very next day to speak with us. We agreed on a price and Lindsay was off. We hit the market a day or two later. The very first weekend I believe we had 23 showings and 5 offers.
