Lindsay was extremely responsive to our questions. She explained the entire process upfront, provided updates at each step (ex: inspections, water testing, appraisal etc..). We purchased a newer home on acreage that was in an estate. The estate representative was out of state. It wasn’t a straightforward purchase, but required land/forestry surveys and Lindsay made everything run very smooth. She is a great communicator and I trusted her throughout the purchase process. She has great negotiation skills!! We ended up getting a very desirable amount from the seller towards our closing costs and a reduction in price as well. I highly recommend Lindsay!
