Great job! very quick and responsive, persistent, understanding, and caring. She is really good. sold the house via pocket listing so fast. suggested the right price for the home. but in the end negotiated for even higher price. just couldn't believe it! She arranged all the inspections and was present at all appointments and followed up with them to get the work done. i am really happy i decided to go with her and stayed with her all the way. she will make it happen. i guarantee it.
Lindsay had been in contact with me for several years keeping me updated on the condition of the Santa Clara county housing market. When I finally decided to sell my Condo she was honest, and clear and concise with her feedback about the conditions of selling condos in the Santa Clara area. We had a plan and she helped me execute the cleanup, renovation etc. down to the the time of sale. I appreciate her hard work in helping me transition out of the bay. I believe Lindsay is a very busy person and not always available immediately for responses. If you are a first time home buyer or you are someone who needs tremendous hand holding and support for all questions etc. just understand she will respond eventually but not immediately. I personally was okay with her style as I am a hands off kind of a person but for some that may not be their thing. Regardless, she is a good agent!
