Lindsay was a God send for me. This was my first home buying experience and I had heard several horror stories about the home buying process. Don’t get me wrong it was a roller coaster of emotions for me, but Lindsay was so encouraging and right there with me throughout the entire process. I was so impressed not only by her willingness and eagerness to help me find a house but also by her knowledge of quality homes. Several houses we walked into she pointed out things of lesser or better quality right away that I did not even notice. She was knowledgeable in growing areas and advised me on where I would grow more equity in my home over time. She drove over an hour, sometimes close to two hours, away to show me houses for two months and never once seemed put out by it. She always made time. Once I went under contract she communicated with my lenders and sellers constantly to make sure everything was on track to close. She negotiated with the sellers on some things that helped me out TREMENDOUSLY with closing costs and repairs. I cannot thank her and Team Wilson enough!
