Linda is the ultimate professional and even more important, a wonderful person. Coming from Florida and though experienced with three prior real estate transactions, I was not prepared for this market and these times. We first met at an open house where Linda immediately sensed our pessimism and unique situation but offered some well-grounded advice which left us somehow “realistically optimistic.” The next day we asked her to represent us. After five months, three (only!) offers, some complicated renovation-integrated financing and many pandemic-driven challenges, we closed on the perfect little home in Berkeley. Linda’s referrals in finance, insurance and construction (always at least three) were spot on, and it was clear they all had high regard for her, and by extension, her clients. The phrase “Linda sent me” opened many doors. From my decades of experience in project management and engineering, I could appreciate her technical knowledge, attention to detail and management of the process. Beyond all this, Linda worked very hard for our case, responding quickly and chasing answers at all hours. But it was clear that she enjoyed helping us, and therefore enjoyed the extra work our search needed. For highest marks, this professionalism is a necessary, but insufficient condition. For me, Linda cleared the final bar with her warm personality, respect for others, good humor and genuine concern for us and our family. We went looking for an agent and found a friend!

Working with Linda was a pleasure. She is very organized and takes time to understand our needs well. After understanding what we needed, she was able to fine-tune our search. We won the first bid that we put in. Linda was great in negotiating with the sellers even though we weren't the top bid; she was able to negotiate to give us a second chance to make our best offer. We got the house. The closing was also a bit complex given that I needed to go to India on a family emergency. Linda worked very closely with me and my wife to ensure that the closing was taken care of in my absence. Post closing, she has been still very involved and helping us with contractors to ensure that any renovations and disclosure issues are handled prior to our moving in. All in all, she is very engaged and hands-on with the whole process. She is very knowledgeable of the market in the Oakland/Berkeley area. I highly recommend her as a buyer's agent.

Linda educated us on the process and stayed with us through an incredible number of twists and turns. She was incredibly responsive and remains so now that we're homeowners. We had a really good experience.

I wish I could give Linda six stars. From our first meeting to close and after she's been nothing but professional, prompt and always working for us. She guided my wife and I, first time home buyers, through the process step by step. She gave us sound advice in a very challenging market, but always followed our lead. If I ever buy or sell a home in the Bay Area again, I know who I'm going to call.

My partner and I started working with Linda in February of 2020 to buy our first home. Linda was immensely helpful with teaching us about the home buying process and especially the local challenges in the Bay area. Since we were renting, she also helped us develop a timeline for important milestones so we didn't have to be too worried about housing gaps. Linda is a phenomenal agent. She was extremely thorough and helpful in guiding us through buying our first home. The process started over 8 months, and the search spanned multiple cities, dozens and dozens of tours, offers, inspections. Linda guided us through every step of the way and made sure that we were on track and gave us all the information we need to make the best decision. Linda and her team also has contacts with contractors, engineers, inspectors, loan officers, etc. etc. to help make your transaction flow as smoothly as possible. When our offer was accepted and went into escrow, Linda's team kicked into gear. It was a probate sale during COVID-19 (do not recommend), which needed an extremely diligent agent to follow up with the various players to make sure things are moving along. Linda helped us through it like a champ. I'm going to miss working with Linda!

Linda was super amazing! I met her when touring an opening house, and repeatedly warned her not to work with me. I’m one of the most picky annoying clients ever! I had a list of unrealistic expectations in a home, no knowledge of the market, and was really not sure of what I wanted. Linda was so kind; showed me and my boyfriend dozens of places and worked hard to help us with our first home purchase despite it not being her deal in the end. My landlord offered to sell me another condo unit she owned below market; I talked it over with Linda and it was her who advised me to go for that deal despite it not being any commission for her. She helped me with the appraisal and all that stuff. I’m super grateful and I’d recommend her in a heartbeat. Once we get that Berkeley house money when some of our family dies Linda will be my first call, okay second call I’ll probably want to talk to the funeral home and make sure mom gets something cheap; I don’t want to live in Oakland forever!

I’m not sure how I can write this review without it sounding like Linda’s mother wrote it. My husband and I are such fans of her. We feel like we won the realtor lottery with Linda. She’s absolutely fabulous. Being new to the housing market in the Bay area, we only heard nightmare stories from friends and family about realtors, mortgage brokers, etc. Linda was on her A game from day zero. She’s open, honest and a strong communicator. She’s professional but not pushy. She has the best interest of her client in mind. She was available all hours of the day and very patient. She has a great network and was able to hook us up with home inspections, handy-man, electrician, cleaner, gardener, etc. Linda has a great sense of humour and can connect with people on an authentic level. She’s an absolute pleasure to know and work with. I recommend her wholeheartedly to anyone and everyone in need of finding their dream home in the east bay area.
