We recently decided to sell a vacant lot that we had purchased in 2007, before the economy hit the skids. The housing market had still not yet bottomed out, but we thought we would go ahead and list it so that it would be actively listed for sale should someone be interested. We selected Linda as our realtor because she had a local office, and impressed us greatly with her in-depth knowledge of the area, and of course, the realty business. She immediately worked up a fantastic profile on the property with comparisons to others, and was extremely helpful in developing an asking price. We no longer live in Corpus Christi, and throughout the entire process, Linda was very helpful in coordinating all aspects of the listing and sale over the internet as well as the telephone. She has many outstanding contacts in the area, and is very adept at handling out of the ordinary situations. When we found out that someone had erroneously filed a lien against our property while we were away, Linda had a terrific resource who took care of it in a few days. I guess the best basis for recommending Linda is that, even in such a down market, she lined up a buyer, and got us a great price that allowed for a good profit on the sale.
