I worked with Linda as an agent to lead the close of my new home, after a three time zone relocation. Linda's professional skills, specifically, her out of the box thinking helped me get my forever home in Michigan; while I was still in California. I completely trust in her, she is an agent and individual, who does what she says and will go extra miles! You will be delighted in her beautiful personality backed up with pure business savvy.

Linda did a superior job. She is exceptionally knowledgeable in all areas of real estate and made the process so much more comfortable for me. I would highly recommend her. She is personable and truly amazing.

Linda goes above and beyond! Her market and industry knowledge got me the best price I could have hoped for. The strategy she devised worked perfectly. Everyone I encountered in her office was extremely professional. Couldn't recommend a better agent.

Linda was absolutely the best choice in realtors. Linda is extremely knowledgeable and qualified in every aspect of the real estate business which made us feel secure throughout the entire process. We knew Linda wanted the very best for us and worked tirelessly with the utmost professionalism to provide a very positive and successful experience. Without a doubt we would recommend Linda for all of your real estate needs.

Linda helped us buy our latest home in a tough sellers market. It took 6 months and multiple offers to succeed, and she never once got impatient. She’s sunshine and good humor to her clients, and she’s meticulous with the opposing side: she works each offer to the upmost, trying to make a deal happen. She’s punctual and does what she says, when she says she will do it. If I could sum up our experience in one word, it would be ‘smooth.’ Buying real estate isn’t fun until you get the keys; however Linda made it as painless as it is ever going be! We’ll be calling Linda for any future needs.

Linda was patient and understood that I needed time before listing my home (a full year). She checked in with me periodically but never rushed me. Once listed, she kept me calm and focused on the end game, selling my house. I was so happy with her negotiation skills and that she was there for me through the process.

We are first-time homebuyers, and our experience from start to finish was so wonderful thanks to our realtor, Linda Wells. We were introduced to Linda thanks to a referral from a friend in the industry who is located in another city. From our very first phone call, Linda did a remarkable job of answering all our questions and putting our minds at ease. It was clear that she was very professional and experienced. Linda was always available via text, email, and phone and quickly responded any time we reached out to her. She assured us that her role was to help take the stress of the homebuying process and encouraged us to lean on her knowledge and expertise. Once we found the home that we were interested in purchasing, she guided us through the process and communicated with us every step of the way. She knew what we needed to accomplish to make sure that our purchase was smooth through closing and communicated those things to us clearly. We feel like we now have a trusted real estate advisor that we can turn to even after closing on our new home. We encourage anyone who needs a professional, reliable, and experienced real estate agent to choose Linda Wells. Thank you, Linda!

From the moment my husband and I were connected with Linda, we knew we were in good hands. Linda is so personable and she made us feel more comfortable with the process of purchasing our first home. Linda answered all of our questions, never making us feel bad for "silly" questions and she truly listened to our wants, needs, and concerns with purchasing our first home. Linda was always available through text, email, and even phone call and made us feel like her only clients, despite knowing that is far from the truth! We appreciated her honest and open communication throughout the whole process as well. We can tell Linda is also well established in the area because she always has "a guy for that" when we were planning different home projects, and so far all of her recommendations have exceeded our expectations, just as she has for us! Linda is truly the best agent and we are so blessed to have worked with her throughout our home buying process. Thank you, Linda, for everything!

Linda helped us sell our home recently and I cannot express how amazing she was. She truly went above and beyond. The whole process was seamless from showings to closing. I highly recommend Linda if you're looking to buy or sell real estate. Thank You so much, Linda. We are truly grateful for your help and guidance.

Linda is amazing. I have worked with other realtors in the past and Linda is absolutely the best! She is very patient. She walked through the entire process with me step by step and answer any question I have (even I asked the question on the late evening in the weekend!!!) You can trust Linda and she will help you find your dream home!

would gladly give her card to friends & family! Great at communicating, gave me several good tips on staging and always answered any questions as soon as possible.
