Linda took us through a two year journey in searching for a condo on Longboat Key. During this journey, she help us better define what was important to us and helped prioritize our list of desirable characteristics. She educated us on the real estate marketplace in Longboat Key, so that when the time came we could recognize a good value. She was very straight forward with the negotiation process and excellent with all the details for closing, as well as providing us with a list of items that would need to be done to take possession of our new condo. She is a true professional and we were fortunate to have her on our team.
