Linda and I sat down the first day and I told Linda "in a perfect world" I would like to see these four things from my buyer. Linda patiently guided me through the process to find the buyer that met all four of my expectations plus have an adorable 6 year old girl. When I bought the house 44 years ago I had an adorable 6 year old girl. Linda and Brian exceeded all of my expectations.

We enjoyed working with you and make your 4 needs happen which were getting a full-price offer which you got more; being able to stay in your house after closing so you could close on your new home and not have to stay in a hotel; doing an open house and keeping your house on the market only for a weekend and getting multiple offers; and finding out after the fact that the offer you accepted happened to be a family to love your house for years to come.
