We were so fortunate to work with Linda and Tracey in looking for our house. From the beginning, they were friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and attentive; we enjoyed looking at houses with them both because they were great company and because they knew so much about both houses in general and this area. They really listened to what we were looking for, and only suggested and showed us houses that we liked. They had great advice about negotiating. When we found our house, they made the buying process as easy as possible, connecting us with the lender we ended up using (vs. the one we started out with), helping us figure out inspectors, and getting our closing done on time. We always had the sense that they cared about us as people, and are happy for us that we've ended up in the right home. I recommend Linda and Tracey without exception; it's so rare to find their combination of professionalism and warmth.

From the moment I called to say we were thinking about looking for a house Linda and Tracey were knowledgeable, efficient, honest and very responsive. They took all of the stress out of purchasing our new home. My husband and I could not be happier and I would highly recommend them.
