will only say that I was completely impressed by Linda and her whole organization that she has great work ethic and has staff that care just as much as she. I would not even think of going elsewhere, and would be upset if I had to. I have never felt more comfortable with such a purchase as this one knowing I was well taken care of by 7 East Realty !!!

I had the pleasure to meet Linda Waldron, not to long ago, and i loved her energy. She is very professional, very understanding, trustworthy and just a wonderful human being. Comunnication was excelent, and she tried to make the process nice and easy. She has a lot of knowledge east of Fort Lauderdale. I definatelly recommend Linda Waldron.

It was a pleasure working with Linda! It was our first home purchase in the state of Florida and she gave us all the information we needed to understand the entire process from beginning to end. She was not only professional but also relatable and she truly helped us. She found our perfect home with basically no time because we were in a hurry to find the perfect home and she delivered. We had some specifications and she helped us find exactly what we needed. We couldn’t recommend her enough.

Linda waldron is very, very knowledgeable, patient and willing to explain every little thing. And I asked about everything! She went above and beyond for me.

In South Florida we are always searching for people in the service industry who are honest, trustworthy and have our best interests at heart. If you are looking for a real estate agent with integrity and class, that takes professionalism to another level while keeping the” house hunt” fun, then Linda Waldron is your gal. Not only does she rock but her support team, especially Tamra, was completely on top of the entire process. The last 10 years of our professional relationship have been flawless. Upon purchasing my first house in 2010, I knew I had a great agent working with me. She sold my house in 2018 in one day! Wow! Her experience truly shined through. What a great open house, the marketing and advertising she did clearly worked! Less than a month later, she found me my perfect condo and space to enjoy my life. We all know that buying or selling a house can be trying to say the least. When you build a relationship with the people that are representing you, the experience can be so positive. I thank Linda for suggesting the best title company and mortgage broker and making the entire process enjoyable! When I would call her, my call was returned immediately. When I had questions, she addressed them with no delay. I am so happy and blessed to have met her and recommend her to anyone that wants a professional, fun and beautiful person to represent them while making one of the most important purchases of their life, a home.

Extremely responsive, very professional, very productive, and relaxed while working extremely fast. I highly recommend and hope to use the entire team at 7 east Realty for future purchases!

I highly recommend Linda as a realtor as she's responsive and knowledgeable on the steps needed to get you to a successful closing. She made sure to keep me on track with all of the deadlines surrounding the inspection and loan documents. Linda stayed in full communication throughout the process, never leaving me wondering if all was taken care of.

Best agent in Fort Lauderdale. Professional and friendly service. Great comunication with all people from agency. We are clients from Europe and she did more then maximum for us.

Linda helped my family sold our two homes in South Florida this year, one of which she also was our buying agent during purchase three years ago. She is very professional, hard working, and has unparalleled communication and negotiation skills. We were super happy on her service and highly recommended her both buying and selling houses.

I was extremely lucky to find Linda Crovella Waldron as I began my hunt for a condo/townhouse in Ft Lauderdale. Linda is extremely knowledgeable, communicates well and often, knows the market, the real estate business, and the pitfalls therein. She is impressive in every way and most importantly, Linda is HONEST and always has your back. I enjoyed working with her and felt that her knowledge and experience saved me time and money. Her office and operations are professional and easy to work with - and she has a stable of professionals that make the process easy to accomplish. You know you can trust these related professionals (e.g., inspection services, closing officer, etc) because Linda has them on file and has worked with them, hence also HONEST. She provides contacts and options but you get to make the choices. Without hesitation and with a lot of enthusiasm, I would recommend Linda to anyone who is looking to purchase a house, condo, townhouse in Ft Lauderdale and nearby areas. She is a pleasure to have on your side. Patrick

As a Canadian looking to sell a family condo in the Ft Lauderdale area (Florida), Linda and her team were outstanding in their knowledge of the area, helping us prepare the condo for showings, and guiding us through the process. She was in contact with us throughout, very responsive to questions and providing regular updates, and allowed us to leave everything in her hands - essential for us as we are in Canada. We were very pleased with her and would strongly recommend Linda to anyone looking to sell a condo in the Ft Lauderdale area!

Linda understood what we were looking for from the first day. On our first appointment we were shown video pictures of about 10 or 20 locations. We narrowed it down to 5 or 6 to visit in person. We made our purchase from that group. Linda also sold our house on the second open house through Zillow. Linda helped negotiate a very good deal on both the buy and sell. We highly recommend Linda and her team she is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate, professional and personable.
