Linda was so helpful and on the ball with the whole home buying process. The sellers of the house we wanted were a little stubborn but she was able to get us an amazing deal. My favorite thing about her was how personalized she was throughout the process making herself available day or night to answer questions we had. That is super important for a first time home buyer. 2 years later and she STILL is answering questions we have about warranties on our appliances and if our home owners insurance would cover certain things. That’s above and beyond. We love Linda!
Linda treated us like family. The property wasn’t easy to sell because of multiple units for sale at the location. She fought hard and got us offers at or above our asking price and guided us through the entire process. We had moved to a different state and she managed everything without us having to return which made life very easy.
I was a first time home buyer coming from out of state. All in all that would have been a very stressful time however Linda was amazing. She was flexible with her schedule, had great knowledge of the area and was even nice enough to meet with my mom for some of the showings since I was out of town. My wife and I just closed on our beach home in Emerald Isle, and Linda was out realtor. Being a mortgage lender for the last 20 yrs in Raleigh, I am well aware of the process. What I failed to remember is what it feels like to be on the other side as a buyer. Linda was showed us at least 20-25 properties and was willing to show us 100. What most impressed me was her responsiveness. Like most people, we want an answer "now." Every time we asked Linda a question, we received an immediate answer. We emailed and texted her after hours and on weekends without fail. We dealt with a seller that was difficult to deal with and our transaction was close to falling apart more than once. Linda kept us calm and made sure we were thinking clearly. We closed two weeks ago and very happy we did. We have emailed Linda every day since closing with questions and still getting an immediate response. We would highly recommend Linda to our friends and family.

An amazing realtor. She was always on call regardless of time or day and on top of everything that needed to be done. She cared about what was going on and what we wanted we didn't feel like just another number to her. Always pushing to make sure whatever needed done was done as quickly and efficiently as possible. I highly recommend her whenever you are buying a home. We were so impressed we are listing our old home with her and we expect nothing but the best. Three weeks after we had closed on our home she stayed in touch to make sure that we were settling into our new home and are happy. Just an all around amazing experience and we couldn't be happier!
