Linda Ulanoff

We chose Linda b/c we have know her for years, she lives in the neighborhood, and our kids grew up together. When we told her we were moving, she brought a very impressive book about our house and comps in the area. She was very professional and explained the process in detail. Once we signed the contract, things moved very quickly. It started with the photographer, the open house, the very busy Sunday that was like an open house, and then the offers. Again, Linda sat with us and presented all the offers. Once we chose the offer, she went into detail about the usual steps from that moment to closing. Linda was constantly on point with her communication. Not too much but not too little. I never asked, “I wonder where we are in the process.” Linda was right there. Throughout this entire process, Linda was somehow able to keep me belted into the emotional rollercoaster that I was on. She even found an apartment for my son—for which I am very grateful. I would recommend Linda to anyone who is selling or buying a home (or renting). She is a wonderful real estate agent.
