As a Florida native and a Realtor in the Tampa Bay Area for 17 years, Linda offers a vast range of knowledge of the local area. Real Estate is Linda's passion and she enjoys working with people and helping them reach their dream of homeownership. Linda's goal is to provide professional real estate expertise, exceptional customer service, and precise negotiating skills. Linda's reward is adding value to her clients in every transaction by harnessing years of experience and putting it to work for her clients. Prior to becoming a REALTOR® Linda worked in the legal industry for 10 years, negotiating claims with insurance companies and doctors, for a combined 26 years of negotiating experience. Linda is a family oriented individual with three children and two dogs. She volunteers her time with inner city children and other non- profit ministries and organizations. In her free time, she loves spending time at our beautiful Florida gulf coast beaches and time with close friends.

If you want the best.. Its Linda Temples!

I would recommend Linda to anyone who is looking to purchase a home. We looked at so many properties and everytime I requested a showing, Linda was able to accommodate my schedule. When we finally found the right house and put an offer, she was there every step of the process and gave great advise to make sure we were getting the best deal possible. Amazing Experience

Our experience with Linda was nothing short of incredible. We had just had a nightmare experience our last agent and weren't sure who to trust. She took care of us like we were family from the very beginning. I'll never forget how she fought for us until the very end to make sure we were getting the best deal and that they didn't try to pull any last minute shenanigans on us. She is extremely professional and has a vast knowledge of the industry. She continuously sent us houseses that she thought would be of interest and was always available when we had questions or concerns about the process.
