Linda Summers

We went in knowing what we wanted. Linda was instrumental at making it happen. She was very accessible, always prompt at returning our calls & answering our questions. As a retired realtor I can truely say, she did a great job.

Linda Summers (Tierra Antigua Realty) deserves full marks for her excellent skills as our realtor during the search and purchase of a new house (February-March 2024). Linda listened carefully to our goals and requirements, showed us several houses that met our goals, and answered patiently all our questions. Choice made, Linda was meticulous and very competent in handling the vast amount of paperwork—much of it via on-line forms that could be filled in and signed electronically. The paperwork required, including Arizona state law requirements and title company requests, was voluminous and detailed, which Linda checked carefully. She also pointed us to a mortgage lender, listed the paperwork needed, and arranged an interview with the mortgage agent. And, again, she listed several home insurance agents who handled the type of purchase we were making. Linda was with us throughout the several visits to the new house as it was built and on the final walk-through, as well as the closing paper-signing at the title company. Beyond the requirements of her professional role, Linda became a good friend that we value.

Linda Summers showed broad and expert knowledge of her profession from the value of small touches to improve the atmosphere (flowers, clean windows, etc) to the likely return from a major investments (a new roof). When a first contract failed on the last day before closing, Linda's emotional support helped a great deal. Two months later we closed a second contract for our full asking price.

We were living in Austin, Texas at the time we contacted Linda Summers so a lot of the initial help from Linda was by phone calls and emails. Linda was very attuned to our needs (even though we were remote) and always responded immediately to all of our questions. This was our sixth house purchase and Linda made it very easy. She was patient when we changed some of our criteria and very professional. once we settled on a new house being built, she became engaged in helping us pick the type of materials and colors for the new house. She had a lot of experience and was a big help. When we approached closing and did a walk thru inspection she was there to help point out issues and defects that we missed. That is going beyond what most realtors would do. She was our experienced guide from beginning to end with a single goal in mind; our complete satisfaction with the whole process. Linda was recommended by a couple we met and we are very thankful that she was our realtor. We would certainly recommend her highly.
