For over five years, I have been a dedicated professional in the real estate industry, licensed in both North Carolina and South Carolina. Before entering this field, I gained valuable experience in logistics and medical office administration. I also worked as a paralegal and office manager for a real estate attorney, where I developed a deep understanding of the legal aspects of real estate. In less than five short years, I progressed from being a Broker to owning my own real estate firm and education institute. Today, I am the proud owner of Linda Strickland Real Estate (LSRE) and LSRE Education Institute, where I teach annual update courses to other brokers, sharing my extensive knowledge and helping them grow their careers.
In addition to being a full-time Broker, I am a full-time student at Appalachian State University, on track to graduate with my Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) in Spring of 2025. I plan to earn my Master of Business Administration (MBA) by Spring of 2026 and then enter law school, with the ultimate goal of becoming a real estate attorney. I hold several prestigious real estate designations, including GRI (Graduate, REALTOR® Institute), which reflects my advanced knowledge of real estate practices, laws, and ethics; BIC (Broker-in-Charge), demonstrating my ability to manage a brokerage and mentor agents; ABR (Accredited Buyer’s Representative), highlighting my expertise in representing and advocating for buyer clients; AHWD (At Home With Diversity), showcasing my commitment to working effectively with diverse clients and communities; and C2EX (Commitment to Excellence), endorsing my dedication to the highest professional and ethical standards.
Additionally, I hold both an Associate in Arts and an Associate in Science, which reflect my strong academic foundation and passion for learning. My multifaceted background, combined with my dual-state licensing, relentless drive for excellence, and passion for education, allows me to deliver exceptional service and expertise to my clients, colleagues, and students.
