Linda helped the reviewer sell this property

Linda was our realtor for the sale of my Mother's home in Mesa, AZ

Linda is an amazing realtor. Quickly selling the house was just one important aspect of the services she provided. This was an emotinally difficult transaction that occured as a result of my mother's unexpected death. Linda, provided steadfast support and was able to strike the right note between moving us forward and yet, being expremely sensitive to our loss and grieving process. She is exceptional at explaining and communicating information clearly. Initially our family was filled with anxiety about our ability to sell this home, especially virtually. It took one phone call with Linda for us to be able to exhale and feel immense relief. We all felt so fortunate to have her managing the sale. And every interaction from that point forward steadily increased our trust and confidence that everything was going to be okay. Her knowledge of the real estate market and processes that needed to occur was detailed and impressive. As the time neared for us to go live on the multiple listing, Linda worked with us to explain all the possible strategies. She really was a blessing to our family. Frankly, I wish she had been my realtor when my husband and I sold our home serveral years ago. She gets high marks for her clarity, professionalism, and warmth. The effect of both her energy and her skill lead to creating a sweet memory for us of my mother's home. And of course, a very successful sale! I highly and without any reservation recommend Linda as your realtor.
