Linda Stolc found our ideal home! That is the bottom line, SHE found it for us. My wife and I are classic over-thinkers and we had already decided what we wanted in a home before we hired Linda. It only took Linda visiting 4 or 5 homes to know what we wanted. She called one day and said "I found your next home", and she had! It was nearly perfect! On top of that she found us a team of handymen to help us make needed repairs to our existing house and they were fast, thorough, did quality work, and we're value-priced. She gave us a hollow core door she didn't need anymore to replace ours. Above and beyond! She was available, professional, kind, caring, knowledge, and funny! We consider her a friend! She also spoiled our 4 year old daughter who Stiller occasionally asks ""Where's Linda?" Would I recommend her to others? UMMM... unhesitatingly YES! She's great!
