We were selling one house to buy another. We had some very unique circumstances and issues with the inspections and the related parties. The complexities between negotiating and managing repairs and addendum's between both properties was a full-time job for Linda. Without Linda's experience and knowledge of the industry, homes, vendors, companies, and people we would not have been able to make this all work out!
