I highly recommend Linda Simpson as a very efficient Real Estate Agent. During the Covid-19 Pandemic Linda was the Realtor for both my husband and myself (Buyers), and the seller. Which under any circumstances could be unreliable. However, we felt she always kept our best interest in mind throughout the experience. She was always quick to respond to any questions or calls. She shared her local knowledge and enthusiam, considering we were not familiar with the area. She even helped us negotiate at the end for a Septic system D-Box with sellers concession. Great realtor! I highly recommend her to anyone. The process went smoothly and we absolutely love our new home and neighborhood. Thank you Linda for all of your hard work and guidance through our home buying process!
