Anyone who has ever bought or sold a home knows that it is a major project. Before I started looking for a home I interviewed six realtors, three men and three women. My main concern was that they were knowledgable of the North Warren County area, that they knew the differences between the local towns as far as taxes, schools, where the best deals were and where you would get the most value for your money. I also wanted a realtor who knew the common problems that people were having in the area for example well water and septic systems. And last but certainly not least was the integrity of the realtor. Well, Linda won first prize in all of the above. I wanted to make an offer on two different homes but Linda explained to reasons why I should think it over for reasons she explained to me, by the way she did that at her own loss because she didn't make a sale, she was looking out for me. I did make an offer on another home with her approval and she is a great adviser and negotiator. I am very happy with my home now and I have to thank Linda for being a great realtor and a very honest person. She truly is a very professional intelligent realtor. Thank You Linda.
