Linda Schwartz

Linda was my realtor for the purchase of my first home in Fall/Winter of 2016. If you've ever purchased your first home, you understand its a roller coaster of emotions. You're excited to see a place in a listing, you're anxious to see if they accept your offer, you're confused on the whole process, you're scared. Linda kept me even headed and focused on the ultimate goal, the right place for me. Linda knew the areas I was looking to purchase like she's lived there her whole life, understanding certain neighborhood nuances that would go ignored to the passerby. Her concern for my long term living situation was sincere and genuine, searching for nearby amenities and property features that complimented my lifestyle. There were things I didn't consider problematic that Linda pointed out that only experienced realtors would notice. Most importantly, she was there the minute I needed her until even after the closing. Any question I had, concern that came to mind, I could get a hold of her at a moment's notice. I can't say enough high praises about her, I can't thank her enough.
