Linda and Robby TEAM ADAMS are the best! They helped us buy our second home with utmost ease and in record time! We met Linda in 2009 when she helped us get our first home. They've also helped some of our friends and families get their homes since and they all had the same positive experience we did so we had to call her again when we decided to look for another home. Linda and Robby make the best, most diligent and efficient team ever! Their local knowledge is very impressive and always advised us if the property is in a good or bad neighborhood. They were awesome at recommending properties that met our set criteria and ensure it was in an ideal neighborhood. They were always on time when we toured a home. Linda would provide us all the listing details while Robby checked the entire house and advised us if there were any structural and equipment issues, and report overall condition of the property. They were very responsive and flexible (even late at night) and always had an answer to all our questions. Buying a home in 2021 during the pandemic is completely different to how it was ten years ago and we thought it would be difficult. However, the entire process went very smoothly and enjoyable knowing that they protected us from making any mistakes. They walked us through every single step of the way, explaining every [complicated] forms and contracts so it wasn't a confusing process but rather educational. Their negotiating skills are top notch that when we finally found the home we wanted, they made it happen!
