Team Adams Deliver Again!! Linda and Robby helped us sell our Stanislaus home in Simi Valley which was a 1031 Tax Exchange. Linda and Robby were absolutely wonderful! They were very patient with us looking for just the right home to meet our needs... and they LISTENED! It took awhile due to covid and the market but they never gave up on us! Linda and Robbie could not have been more helpful in my circumstances. My wife was unable to assist much with the preparation for the sale and I was not much help either, as I was suffering with a torn rotator cuff in my right shoulder but with Linda and Robbies help we got it done.
