This house was located inside a low income C senior development. She wasn’t knowledgeable about everything that we had to do in order to sell the house. It was smooth and quick. There is going to be a good outcome when you have two professional real estate agents on both sides of the transaction. My son, who has his own real estate business for over 20 years, represented me as a buyer. Linda represented the seller. We had closed the deal within 30 days with no major issues...any issues were resolved quickly and to everyone's mutual satisfaction. After the sale, Linda was terrific in recommending vendors to assist me in making a smooth transition from my sold condo in Rancho Mirage to my new place in La Quinta.
