I moved away from the area several years ago but kept a few rentals in town. So when i went to sell i was pretty removed from the market. I am a realtor myself but knew i was not up on the current buying / selling trends in the market any longer so i wanted to get someone that was very focused and lived and breathed the day to day trends of this market to represent my properties.. A quick search of the area and i came across Linda and a few others after interviewing several. It was clear that she had the level of knowledge, understanding and experience in this market that i could trust.. She made the process seamless by representing me with the care and expertise as if it was her own property.. I Cant say enough good things & that says a lot, i hold a very high standard for services i hire out. She handled everything from start to finish and on time! Linda is definitely worth a call if you are looking for / interviewing realtors in the area.
