Let me tell you that this was not our first home purchase, but that didn’t change our needs. The best part of Linda’s expertise is that she adapted to our communication style, she provided extremely precise recommendations when needed, and gave little hints to steer us when the time was right. She is very knowledgeable in the processes and was able to advise us of opportunities we did not see.
