Pleasure to work with Linda on selling our rental property in LA. I live in SF and I was worried it would be difficult to coordinate this sale. The process of staging the property and finding a buyer went surprisingly smoothly. There was a long delay with the loan on the buyer's side. But otherwise, the sale was uneventful. Linda knows the local market well and priced the property right.
