Linda Neff is absolutely amazing!!! She helped us with the purchase and sale of our home and we would work with her anytime in a heartbeat... She is extremely honest and so organized, she kept us informed through the entire process! We've had some really awful experience with other realtors so we know Linda is like no other realtor out there. I knew what paper I was receiving, signing and why... If anyone out there is looking for a professional realtor do not hesitate on working with Linda! She was extremely patient with us and we are no easy clients. I almost gave up on the search for our new home. I got tired, frustrated and didn't feel like spending every weekend on driving around and making offers on homes to be turned down because of cash offers. Linda stayed positive through the entire process yet she understood why it was so tiring and stressful! We absolutely love her!!! Linda was amazing from start to finish. We didn't really know what we were doing and she was very patient and gracious throughout the process. She was always responsive and fielded all of our questions and concerns quickly, even when we were freaking out. Her knowledge of the area was excellent and she has a lot of contacts (home inspection, sewer inspection, contractors) that we found to be great. We highly recommend Linda for your home purchasing needs. You'd be hard pressed to find anyone better for the job. Linda is a winner and she is so personable. We wouldn't have been able to do it with without her.
