Linda was amazing. I first asked her if she could provide information on our home, regarding comps in the area to get an idea of what we could list for. Linda provided this information to me within minutes. She also provided detailed info as to what we should list the home for and why. I felt our situation was a bit unique and asked if she could find me a rental and also be our agent. She not only was at the home the next day, she had me on email lists receiving rentals and was contacting me outside of the emails with rentals as they became available. Throughout the entire transaction Linda was professional and most important to me, she kept me up to date on Everything. From when to expect potential buyers/realtors, but making herself available for the showings. Once we received offers she provided enough information to us allowing us to make the best choice, by listing pros/cons and the strength of the offers from their bank approvals to the down payment, closing date and interest. She is amazing. Our home closed with no bumps in the process and I would not only recommend her but would absolutely use her again in the future. I feel like I have my own personal realtor, but have also gained a friend.
