Linda was referred to us by our home designer/stager. She gave us great advice during the selling process, including how to handle an air conditioner problem in the middle of the summer with potential buyers! This was the first house we have sold and it was important to find a realtor that could walk us through the process with clear and simple explanations. Linda was that realtor for us. We also used Linda to find our new house. With each home we viewed she payed attention to our comments and learned our tastes and wishes for a pre-owned home purchase. It was a difficult market to buyers, but Linda ace herself available during times that worked for our schedule.
