Perhaps the first word that comes to mind in describing Linda's abilities as a realtor is efficient. I met her for the first time on May 15th and by the end of June she had helped me sell my condominium (for more than I expected) and helped me buy a wonderful new home (for probably less than its true value). To accomplish all that in approximately forty-five days amazes me. By the end of July, all escrows had closed and I was living in my new home. Linda navigated the entire process, her knowledge was always impressive, everything she predicted in terms of how much I could get for my former residence and what I could reasonably afford to buy was spot on. She communicated completely throughout the process, providing samples of forms and documents to prepare me for each next step. She reduced what sometimes seemed like an overwhelming process to something manageable. She contacted me almost daily and seemed to be working non-stop until my deals were done. She stayed with me from start to finish, the true definition of a professional. I don't know where I'd be now without her help - I guess I'd still be back in my old condominium!
