Linda was recommended to us by a close friend to help sell a house we owned that my parents were living in. Linda made the process unbelievably easy and helped in getting the property ready to show, helped us set a price and handled the sale process in a smooth and simple manner. I could not imagine anyone doing as good of job. We have sold and purchased property in Albquerque before through another firm and Linda was far superior.

Linda was very helpful with all the many steps and paper work needed sell my rental property at 603 Wellesley SE. The property was in poor condition. Linda connected me with a recommended repairs, good contractors, surveyor, appraiser, inspectors, good title company, and anything that was needed. Linda prepared the house for showing, kept in touch with the buyer's realtors, and most of all kept me informed about everything above.

She was so knowledgeable about the Albuquerque housing market and about the whole process of buying a home and what to expect every step of the way. She took the time to walk with me through documents, she set up inspections for me, she gave me suggestions about what to look for in a house and helped me think through what was important to me. She was always so professional, but at the same time was very warm and kind and encouraging to me. It was a difficult buyer’s market, but she kept assuring me that I would find the house that was right for me. And she was right! I can’t imagine there is a better realtor out there than Linda, and I would highly and enthusiastically recommend her to anyone I know who is looking to buy or sell a home.

I found that Linda was meticulous with details, from making an accurate market analysis or going through the paperwork, the cleanliness with the COVID protocols, she was careful to explain everything to me as we went. I knew when we put the house on the market, it would sell quickly, which it did. I never realized how hard a realtor works or the massive work that went into the details. I would not let anyone but Linda be my realtor again. She was great!
