I have known and worked with Linda for some time in a professional capacity, but recently had the opportunity to work with her personally on the purchase of a home. Linda is extremely knowledgeable, responsive, and hard working. Buying a home in the current economic environment can be very stressful, as we had to move very quickly to to a reasonable offer in, and Linda did a truly exceptional job working under the time crunch and getting everything accomplished. Linda's husband Pat Dandino also worked extensively with us to schedule home inspections, review the inspection reports, and to connect us with reliable professionals to help get some of the necessary work done.
