Linda took the time to visit our home and made proper suggestions on how to stage the home for show and virtual pictures for MLS, (i.e. taking personal photos off the walls and shelves). Linda was on top of all the paperwork that needed to be signed and filed and made the selling process of our home very seamless and less stressful. I’m so glad we met Linda. She first helped my father purchase his home in Tucson and made the entire process look so easy. There were some bumps from the sale of his other home but Linda stayed on top of everything and kept my dad at ease. To say they made the next step after submitting the offer easy would be an understatement.
