Linda did an outstanding job assisting me purchase my townhome

Linda did an outstanding job assisting me purchase my townhome. She was knowledgeable regarding the local housing market. She went over and beyond setting expectations and reassuring me of the Florida home buying process. Linda was extremely responsive. I remember emailing her 6am in the morning and she responded right away. Linda negotiating skills were impeccable. She was able to get the seller to lower the sales price and even throw in some extras. She made the home buying process manageable, she took care of everything- meeting with all the parties involved. Linda is my forever realtor! I highly recommend Linda to anyone looking to purchase a home.
