Linda Liu

This review is for Linda Liu, our fantastic realtor. Linda was the listing agent for my parent's home. The listing included a small A-frame house and 6 + acres of land with a pond. Linda offered many suggestions to help us add (visual ) value to the property. With any suggestion she proposed, she had a well thought - out, logical explanation for how it would help potential buyers visualize useable square footage and/ or increased function. She had a list of things we might want to do to add value and, as much as we didn't want to do them, we did. Because she was right. Every. Time. There was an enthusiastic response to the listing and she adeptly managed over 20 showings a day for several days. Linda looked over I don't know how many offers and narrowed them down to the offers that reflected the absolute best price with the least chance of something falling through before closing. Lucky for us, she knows her stuff and is a savvy negotiator! There is absolutely no way we would have gotten what we did for the property without her. She is so very good at what she does. Anyone who has Linda as their agent will find themselves well ahead of the game.
