This is the second time I have worked with Linda on a property transaction. She was very helpful to me in completing all the processes and paper work necessary to finalize the purchase of my new home in Downers Grove. My closing was delayed for about a month because my Connecticut sale took longer to finalize than anticipated; Linda worked with my sellers and their realtor to keep everyone informed of my progress. Although the delay of my house sale in Connecticut could have "soured" my ability to move forward with purchase of my Illinois house, Linda's skill as a negotiator helped me finalize my purchase. I would recommend Linda as a realtor for both the selling-side and the purchasing-side of any real estate transaction.

Linda helped us sell our home and buy a new home--both went excellent and on a very tight schedule to move before school began. She walked through our home and made suggestions to get it in the best shape for showing. She was respectful but honest about what buyers would want to see. She went over comps with us, we agreed on an aggressive list price. She arranged for photos and a 3D tour video. (The brochure and video were top notch) She hosted a broker's open house and a public open house. We had two offers very close to asking price and she negotiated our counter offer amiably. It was inspected and the whole process only took 2 weeks! Buying a home was a bigger challenge--Linda was very patient. We were looking all over our new town, in all different price ranges--we struggled with how much work we wanted to put in to another home. In the end, we found our move-in-ready dream-house. It's completely gorgeous, on a quiet block, in a great school and we got it for 85k less than the asking price! Linda really made a dream come true! (Also she was sweet to our small (sometimes messy and loud) children.)
