I absolutely recommend Linda Lee to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Linda Lee recently helped me with my purchase of a new townhome. She was very proactive in getting information on area properties for me to review. She listened to what I wanted – and found the perfect property. I felt like she truly cared about what was important to me. Linda Lee was: - extremely professional - attentive to my new home requirements - very knowledgeable about the real estate market Linda Lee negotiated a great price and made my entire home buying process a pleasure. Again, I would highly recommend Linda Lee for your real estate needs. I just couldn't be happier with my new home.

When I decided to sell my home of 29 years I started by interviewing at least 4 or 5 realtors. I'm very pleased that I chose Linda Lee. She gives 110% to her clients. Always available and very responsive my house was sold in less than 2 weeks. She also found my new townhouse... She arranged the move into the townhouse on the same day as closing on my house. She is dedicated and places her clients first. I recommended her to my neighbor who also bought a house with her assistance in very short order. They too are very pleased with the services she provided.

Linda Lee provided excellent support and guidance during my search for a condo in St. Pete Beach area. She was extremely friendly and patient as I explored numerous options. The financing and closing processes were complex due to the distance involved (I live on another state), but she guided me through all the intricate details and was sincerely interested in my wellbeing and satisfaction. She has continued to be a source of information even after the close. I recommend her completely.
