Linda and I communicated via email for about a year after I found her online by viewing homes on her website. During this time, I was able to give her a good idea of what type of home I was going to be in the market to buy, my price range, etc. She made it clear she would be ready to proceed when I was. When that time came, we met at the first property we looked at and she had the the entire day's itinerary planned out. She had a copy of each listing from the MLS printed out for me and all the destinations plugged into her GPS. Linda is very professional, thorough, honest, and trustworthy. It's clear she knows her business, does it well, and is focused on results and getting the job done. On top of that, she was very pleasant to be around and spend the day with. After an extensive search and once I found a property, it was very clear she was there to advocate on my behalf. She did an excellent job communicating with my lender, the title company, and the seller's agent. My mortgage banker specifically remarked how diligent she was and how hard she was working on my behalf. She helped broaden my understanding of many things that came up along the way and was able to subtly steer me in the right direction when the path seemed a bit unclear. She even recommended an outstanding inspector that she has worked with for years who I was very impressed with. As I told Linda, if I ever find myself in the real estate market again, I'll reach out to her without hesitation. And since she did such a great job helping me find and buy what turned out to be the perfect home for me, I also highly recommend her to anyone else who is looking for a Realtor.
