My husband met Linda at an open house. He was impressed with her informative, intelligent and personal style. She knows the Rancho Santa Fe California market super well. We were considering a second home and she began showing us options in the neighborhood we had determined we liked best. We put a house under contract that had just come on the market. There were differences in the square footage advertised by the seller and the actual square footage along with structural and termite challenges with the property. Linda negotiated the repair work and price reduction requests in a fair and upfront way. She always seemed more concerned with our ultimate happiness than her commission. We live in Texas so we did a lot of this long distance. Ultimately we dropped the contract. Just too many things to fix for the price. Shortly after that Linda came to us with a hip pocket that we loved and ended up purchasing. Sometimes things work out. I would reccommend Linda to anyone. Thank you Linda!
