She explained how the entire process would work, provided an estimate range of the asking price and net amount we would receive after the exisiting mortgage was paid off. When the Buyer's home inspection turned up a major repair issue that needed to be done, Linda contacted us right away and explained the problem and what had to be done to resolve the issue! Later when we asked, Linda was able to provide us with a list of several companies that did the type of work we needed to get the repairs completed.
