Top Notch Negotiator Gets the Job Done!
Linda Kelly was spot on in getting the home staged and ready to show and wouldn't you know it ... she brought cash buyers to the table through her own marketing! The house was under contract within a week and we closed April 15th! Linda made the entire process less stressful and everything closed seamlessly without issue. I can't say enough great things about her personalism, attention to detail and analysis of price points. The house sold at above fair market value. You can't ask for better than that!
