I was traveling and I contacted Linda in the late hours regarding a house I was interested in, in my home state. By midnight, she was sending me a contract to sign and shortly afterwards, my offer was submitted to the sellers realtor. I rested well that night. The next morning, I sent my daughter( as my proxy) to meet with Linda. She spent several hours with her answering every question with knowledge and if she didn't have an immediate answer, she gave an answer directly to me after researching the question. And, during the entirety of the buying process and at anytime day or night, if I texted her a question or requested an update she would respond within 2 minutes or less. I've worked with many realtors over the years and I genuinely appreciated that Linda respected my needs,wants and decisions and that she didn't trail me off to look at properties that didn't meet my requirements.
