Well the bottom line is we are very happy and blessed with all the work that Linda did to help us obtain our new home. Our search started well over 5 years ago. Linda showed us may 15 or more homes and we submitted an offer on maybe 4 of them. One reason or another all did not work out and we are most happy they did not now. Linda should have given up on us many times but she did not. She called many times over those five years just to see how we were doing. 2020 in the fall our search restarted with new interest. We looked at maybe 7 houses in 2020 until we finally had a look at our present house. With Linda's guidance we made an offer and found we were third in the selection process. Linda made it clear to the listing agent on how long we had been looking for a house like this one. The listing agent forwarded this information to the family listing the house and they changed their mind and selected us and not the already chosen #1. We were delighted and my wife and I and Linda and her husband stood in the house and rejoiced in the decision.

Linda helped with keeping our prospective buyer on track. Without Linda’s help I suspect negotiations could have dragged on for months. By encouraging us to get a back-up potential buyer, professionally dealing with missed deadlines and details, and keeping us informed every day, we felt confident she was doing all she could to close the deal in a timely fashion.
